American actor, dancer, and singer Patrick Swayze  was born. In 1987 he topped the RPM Adult Contemporary chart in Canada and Billboard's Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart in the United States with She's Like The Wind, the song from the soundtrack to the film Dirty Dancing. Patrick Swayze died on September 14, 2009, at the age of 57.
