The song was originally released by the band Easybeats as a single in Australia 18 July 1968. The INXS version was released a version in December 1986. It appeared in the Joel Schumacher film The Lost Boys. “Good Times” was a commercial success for INXS, reaching the top ten on charts in several countries, including number one in New Zealand and number two in Australia.
